These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wave mobile application and website (together, the "Service") operated by Wave ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must create an account to use Wave. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: personal fitness tracking and training planning. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated means to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Redistribute data obtained from connected services (Strava, Apple Health) in violation of their terms

Health and fitness disclaimer

Wave is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Training plans, recovery scores, and all other information provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program or if you have concerns about your health.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of data imported from third-party services (Apple Health, Strava, Garmin) or from sensors (heart rate monitors, GPS).

Third-party services

Wave integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit and Strava. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Wave and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your health, fitness, or personal data.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
