What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from our servers:

We do not retain backup copies of this data after deletion completes. The data in Apple Health, Health Connect, and Strava themselves is not affected — you control those services separately.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

This is the recommended route if you can sign in:

  1. Open Wave on your phone.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion. Your account enters the 30-day grace period immediately.

Option 2 — Submit a request below

Use this option if you can't access the app. Submit the form with the email address associated with your Wave account. We'll verify it's you, then queue the deletion within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the 30-day grace period starts.

By submitting this form, you confirm you are the owner of the email address above and request that Wave delete this account.
